When, in 1995 an opportunity arose to take my London based organisation, AM & PM CATERING into the depths of Hampshire, I thought of nothing better as, apart from anything else, this would make it easier to look after an increasing demand for our services ‘in the sticks’. Alastair Carey Catering was thus formed and this ‘local’ team is now responsible for providing catering at all our outside events, including at a number of lovely venues where we are approved caterers. AM & PM, on the other hand, looks after our very busy and popular London venue, Winchester House occasionally lending their ‘country colleagues’ a helping hand when they are not otherwise committed.

In essence

Nothing much fazes us and there isn’t much we haven’t done over the years - directors’ dining rooms, ‘topping out’ ceremonies, charity balls, garden parties, hospitality events (Epsom, Ascot, Wimbledon, Henley, Twickenham), stag nights, yacht launches, twenty firsts, wedding receptions (just a few of these!) – you name, we’ve probably got the ‘t’ shirt. We’ve been places too – liveried halls, private houses (and public ones for that matter), stately homes, palaces, castles, museums, galleries, parks; and we’ve travelled - North Wales, South Devon, East Kent, West-Minster (just a few times!), the Scottish Highlands even. As to site facilities, well anything goes really – field (usually muddy), garden, yard, bus depot, galley kitchen, new office (mind the cream carpet), pavement – remember, we're outside caterers, it's not a problem, we’ll cope...............and we do.
