Bookings – important info to note

1. A booking is confirmed once we are in receipt of the signed Booking Form.
2. Only confirmed bookings are displayed on the calendar.
3. Please always check availability even if a specific day is showing as available – we may be holding the date or have yet not updated the calendar.
4. It is always worth enquiring about days which are showing as already booked as the timings of the booked event may allow for another event to follow.
